    Please visit the online store and select the ‘Package Receiving’ option. If you’d like delivery, it’s available on Saturday & Sunday mornings only.

    Use Our Address

    Start using our secure address at 1Saved Parcel.

    We’ll receive your items and store them safely — no missed packages, no porch theft.

    Pickup or Schedule Your Delivery

    Once your item arrives, you can either:

    Schedule a delivery to your home, of if you’re working that day, we can deliver to your work as well.

    Or pick up onsite.

    Note: You must be home during deliveries. Missed delivery = $10 no-show fee. We won’t leave the package unattended.

  • What does 1Saved Parcel do?

    We receive your small to medium-sized packages at a secure location and either hold them for pickup or deliver them to your home on Saturday mornings only.

  • What types of packages do you not accept?

    We accept most small to medium-sized personal and business parcels and letters ONLY—

    No oversized, hazardous, flammable or illegal items will be accepted.

  • Can I pick up my package instead?

    Yes! You can schedule a pickup appointment, and we’ll place your package or letter in a secure vault at our location.

    You’ll receive a unique code to access it, and you’ll have 48 hours to retrieve it from the date you booked.

    You can even pick it up at reception.

  • Do you offer mail forwarding?

    Not yet!

  • Do You Deliver?

    Yes! Saturday & Sunday mornings only.

  • What happens during bad weather or unsafe road conditions?

    In cases of snowstorms, icy roads, or extreme weather, your delivery may be rescheduled at no extra cost. You will be notified as early as possible to select a new delivery window.

  • How do I pay?

    We accept e-transfer, or major credit cards.

  • How do I contact you?

  • Why do I need to show government-issued ID for pickup & delivery?

    To protect your privacy and ensure your packages or mail are only released to the correct person, we require a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup.

    This helps us:

    Confirm your identity

    Prevent fraud, theft, or unauthorized access

    Keep your items secure and handled only by you

    We do not make copies or store your ID — it’s simply a quick visual check at the time of pickup. Your security is our priority.
